Al – Stress to the coaches that
if there is no player pass, the child does not play, even if the coaches agree
that they are ok with it, NO PASS, NO PLAY!
Reps should be listed on roster for your community
to be cover for insurance. Let Jan know
what team you are on, the league will cover your fee.
Guest
Player Policy:
The following is the NOGSL guest player policy for league games effective Spring 2006. In order to use guest player the following rules apply:
1) The team attempting to have a guest player may only do this if the total number of players they have to not afford them 3 subs for the game. Example an U11team playing 8v8 should have up to 11 players, if only 10 could attend one guest player could be added.
2) The guest player must be from your community and they must have an NOGSL player pass at the game.
3) Guest players can play no more than 4 times per season for their guest team.
4) Game cards – Highlight guest player on score card.
JAN –If you are playing in the
NOGSL Tournament, your team paperwork in due by July 23 (there is no meeting,
so you will need to get it to Jan). Do
not send in incomplete registration forms. All the rest is due July 30, after
this date there is a $5/day late fee. After
July 30, your will either have to pick up your passes or make sure you have a
envelop with sufficient postage. Your coaches need to turn in, with their registration
form, the confirmation page from Rick Management, make sure the coach’s name is
printed on the form. Please have your
team registrations alphabetized. Make
sure all passes are signed and picture is glued on, and you do not need to send
in the blue half of the pass.
CARL – If your coaches need their license, NOGSL is offering a clinic on Aug. 10-12 in Solon, email Carl if you are interested.
HOWARD – Fall tournament is Aug. 17-19 in
Robin - Have all changes and fields marked on your finial
schedule.
ABSENT
– Aurora,
Beachwood, and Hudson.
